The Brand Executive is responsible for managing marketing operations, administrative compliance, and supporting brand activation campaigns:
3.1. Marketing Operations, Paperwork & Legal Compliance (Core Focus):
· Administrative & Licensing Ownership: Directly handle, prepare, submit, and follow up on all marketing administrative procedures, including product registration, advertising license applications, sales promotion registration/approval, and packaging modification compliance in accordance with Vietnamese legal regulations.
· Contract & Financial Documentation: Manage vendor contracts, quotation comparisons, payment requests, expense tracking, and invoice acceptance reports for brand operations. Coordinate closely with internal Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Accounting departments to ensure seamless administrative workflow.
· Cross-functional Execution: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, suppliers, printers) to ensure accurate paperwork, compliance, and timely task completion.
3.2. Brand Campaign Execution & Asset Preparation:
· Campaign Support: Assist the Brand team in preparing marketing materials and assets for ATL/BTL activities, consumer promotions, trade activations, traditional media, digital communication, and new product launches (NPDs).
· Social Media & Content Assistance: Coordinate the execution of social media content, digital promotional campaigns, and brand point-of-sale materials (POSM).
· Cross-department Alignment: Work collaboratively with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure brand programs are deployed effectively on time.
3.3. Market Intelligence & Regular Operations:
· Market Visit & Trade Observation: Conduct regular store visits and market visits to monitor product availability, POSM display quality, pricing, and competitor promotions.
· Industry Intelligence: Monitor and update competitive data, industry trends, and consumer feedback to provide input for brand strategy discussions.
· Brainstorming & Planning: Participate actively in team brainstorming sessions for brand concepts, promotional activities, and quarterly marketing initiatives.
1. Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Marketing or Brand Marketing.
• Industry Preference: Prior experience working in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector, with a strong preference for candidates with a Food & Beverage (F&B) background.
