The Brand Manager will collaborate with the Associate Marketing Director to develop a strategic plan which ranges from strategic review, perfect implementation of the brand’s strategy to their market, perfect execution in the field, category management, and creating shopper engagement to ensure the achievement of sales and market share for responsible brands or category (Adult Milk)
Job description
- Work with Associate Marketing Director for marketing plan of Adult Milk category/Adult Milk brand.
- Define and develop strategies to maximize brand potential.
- Create and implement consumer and market development strategies
- Develop and implement specific competitive strategies.
- Full budgetary responsibilities for ensuring plans and campaigns are within agreed spending limits.
- Lead preparation of the brand plan, update, and long-range plan.
- Liaising closely with all relevant brand team members
- High-level tactical planning.
- Directly involve and take main responsibility in the execution of detailed action plans and activities (product innovation, marketing plan, ensuring on time in full launching, results, field check, and flexible take action to ensure KPIs).
+ Conformation:
- Closely track and collaborate with other Marketing teams (Digital, PR, Call center) in marketing expenditures by assigning projects within the marketing budget and required timeline.
+ Others:
- Take part in cross-functional Projects as required.
- Cooperate with cross-functional departments.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of Marketing in Pharma/ Powdered Milk/ Nutrition & Healthcare industry
- Experienced in managing a working group to implement Brand development projects & Marketing activities: new product development, communication program (ATL), and brand activation program (BTL).
- Business understanding: P/L structure knowledge and good knowledge of key consumer insights, and market research based on qualitative and quantitative data, Understanding (ETC/OTC) Channel
- Have good relationships with HCP Key Opinion Leaders to enhance brand credibility
- Good communication in English.
- Proficiency in the office computer.
- Enthusiastic and proactive spirit at work.
- Ability to withstand high pressure.
- Strong sense of business and highly result-oriented;
- Ambitious to grow, willing to learn, and excellent in the marketing field.
- Well-organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Product launch experience.
