KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Work with MD or developing long-term strategy and short-term marketing plans aligned with overall brand vision and business objectives for CaloKid Brand
• Build up strategic priorities, translate into actionable KPIs and ensure execution with excellence
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand message and alignment with company direction.
2. Consumer Insight & Market Understanding
• Drive consumer research for uncovering insights that fuel product innovation and strengthen brand growth.
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate brand performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify consumer trends, understand competitive landscape, and market dynamics to define opportunities and challenges.
3. Brand Activities Implementation
• Be responsible for brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities with strong attention to detail.
• Lead brand operations, including creative development, media coordination, and promotion tracking.
• Work with internal teams (Marcom, Media, PR, CRM) and agencies to ensure impactful brand communication.
4. Trade & Channel Support
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales to develop effective trade programs, in-store visibility, POSM deployment, and promotional activities across channels.
5. Performance Tracking & Budget Management
• Track and report campaign performance, brand performance.
• Monitor and manage assigned project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimization of future activities.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead and coach junior team members.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and other departments to develop brand equity and deliver brand objectives.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing marketing knowledge to business initiatives.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of Marketing in the FMCG industry, categories related to kids/ Milk is plus+, combined with experience in building or developing smaller brands/business units
• Strong ownership mindset with a “business owner” mentality
• Ability to execute end-to-end and work effectively in a lean, resource-constrained environment
