Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Manager to work independently across departments, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance business performance. This role does not involve direct team management but requires close collaboration with teams such as Product, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to interpret complex datasets to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
1) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
2) Design and develop automated dashboards and reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI
3) Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, customer segmentation, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
4) Provide regular business review reports for senior management and propose data-driven solutions for business growth.
5) Develop and manage statistical models to forecast customer behavior and enhance business strategies.
6) Ensure data accuracy and quality by monitoring and improving reporting systems.
7) Work closely with development teams to manage ETL processes and integrate data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
8) Support various teams (Marketing, Finance, Product) with analytical insights for campaign planning, financial projections, and operational efficiency.
9) Drive ad-hoc analytical projects to address business challenges and optimize performance.
1) Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2) 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or business analysis.
3) Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
4) Strong experience in building dashboards, models, and analytical reports.
5) Demonstrated ability to work independently across departments and deliver results without direct supervision.
6) Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
7) Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
8) Experience in ETL processes, data warehousing, and integrating data from multiple sources is a plus.
9) Prior experience in the retail, fintech, or convenience store industry is preferred.
