Business Analyst – AI & Automation

1. Job Purpose

The Business Analyst – AI & Automation is responsible for analyzing business requirements, optimizing operational processes, and acting as the key liaison between business users and technology teams.

The role focuses on analyzing business operations, ERP systems, and enterprise management applications to identify opportunities for applying AI, AI Agents, and AI Automation, with the goal of reducing manual work, improving operational efficiency, and optimizing costs.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from different departments.
• Review existing processes to identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, operational issues, and automation opportunities.
• Analyze relationships and dependencies across business processes, data, departments, ERP modules, and integrated systems.
• Prepare business and system documentation, including BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Propose process improvements using AI, AI Agents, Workflow Automation, RPA, or other appropriate technologies.
• Collaborate with Developers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and QC teams throughout solution design, development, and implementation.
• Prepare Test Scenarios and Test Cases, and directly participate in functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Record, analyze, track, and coordinate issue resolution until completion.
• Train, guide, and support end users during implementation and daily operations.
• Prepare User Manuals, Quick Guides, FAQs, and process documentation.
• Collect post-implementation feedback, monitor solution effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.

1. Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Experience in analyzing, implementing, or improving ERP systems and enterprise management applications.
• Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand end-to-end relationships among processes, data, users, and systems.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and assess the impact of changes across departments, processes, and system modules.
• Experience in business documentation, software testing, UAT, user training, and end-user support.
• Ability to prepare clear, logical, and user-friendly documentation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integration, and software testing.
• Understanding of, or a strong willingness to learn, AI, AI Agents, Generative AI, RPA, and Workflow Automation.
• Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.

2. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in implementing or improving ERP modules.
• Experience in AI, AI Agent, Chatbot, OCR, RPA, or process automation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath, Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Experience in user training, post-Go-live system support, and operational support.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, or Power BI is an advantage.
