KiN Hotel is seeking a Business Analyst to support the evaluation, structuring, and development of new hotel projects across our portfolio.
We are looking for a technical, analytical, and strategic professional who knows how to package hotel products — analyzing, shaping, and positioning a hotel into a complete, scalable, and investable product.
Key Responsibilities
1. Real Estate & Business Analysis
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and investment analysis for potential hotel projects.
Evaluate property acquisition opportunities, including location analysis, asset value, and development potential.
Build and review financial models, including ROI, cash flow, CAPEX/OPEX projections, and risk assessment.
Benchmark local and regional market trends, property performance, and competitor assets.
2. Product Development (Hotel as a Product)
Develop hotel concepts into scalable, franchise-ready products.
Work with architects, engineers, and technical teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with standards.
Define operational requirements, spatial planning, and technical specifications for new properties.
Prepare full development documentation: concept decks, financial summaries, and structured business cases.
3. Strategic Planning
Support leadership in evaluating new projects, franchise opportunities, joint ventures, or acquisitions.
Provide data-driven recommendations on property investments and development strategies.
Ensure projects align with brand positioning, operational standards, and long-term growth plans.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in real estate development, hospitality development, business analysis, feasibility, or consulting.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, real estate valuation, feasibility studies, and development processes.
Experience in major hotel groups or large developers is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and market research.
Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Experience in pre-opening hotels, technical services, or branded hotel development.
Familiarity with architectural drawings, project workflows, or design coordination.
Understanding of international hotel brand standards.
Ability to consolidate complex information into clear development frameworks.
