1. Develop and implement the franchise expansion strategy, ensuring alignment with PPP Laser Clinic’s premium brand image and long-term goals.

2. Identify and create investment opportunities, focusing on market expansion through franchise partners.

3. Lead the search and selection of franchise partners with strong financial capabilities and experience in premium services.

4. Manage relationships with franchise partners to ensure compliance, business growth, and brand consistency.

5. Oversee marketing strategies and brand promotions for franchise locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards.

6. Develop and manage franchise budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial efficiency.

7. Ensure service quality consistency across all franchise branches, with regular training and quality checks.

8. Provide ongoing strategic support to franchisees to optimize business operations and customer experience.

9. Report directly to the CEO on franchise partner status, sales targets, and performance

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 10 years of experience in business development and franchising, particularly with luxury brands in luxury retail, premium services, and Health & Wellness
• Experience in investing and developing international brands, especially in luxury services and international markets.
• Experience in financial management, including budget planning, cost analysis, profit analysis, and ensuring financial efficiency for the franchise system.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build teams, train, and develop franchise partners.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with partners, particularly international partners, to ensure long-term and effective collaboration.
• Ability to develop long-term strategies for the franchise system and sustainable international market development.
• Knowledge of the premium aesthetics industry and emerging trends in beauty care services.
• Proficient in English: listening, speaking, reading, writing.
• Willingness to travel as required, including long-term business trips.
