Are you a Sales enthusiast looking for a unique challenge? We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Product Sourcing) to fuel our supply chain growth. We welcome Fresh Graduates! If you have a passion for negotiation, we will train you from scratch.
In this role, your "customers" are suppliers. You will use your communication and closing skills to find potential partners and negotiate win-win deals. Think of it as B2B Sales in reverse—you are buying and building partnerships, NOT SELLING.
Your Daily Tasks
- Market Hunting: Use tools and market data to find new suppliers for the French market. Identify who has the stock we need.
- Outreach: Pick up the phone! You will directly cold call decision-makers to pitch Ozeol’s concept and spark their interest.
- Supplier Qualification: Ask right questions to check product relevance, stock volume, and price fit. Only the best leads move forward.
- Target Achievement: Manage your daily activities to ensure you meet and exceed your monthly lead generation targets.
- Business Briefing: Prepare high-quality, detailed briefs for the Purchasing Team.
- Performance Tracking: Report your daily tasks, contact rates, and pipeline status to your Team Leader consistently
