Identifying and establishing contact with new potential customers proactively.
Reaching new and existing customers to promote the products and company through making cold calls, and daily presentations to architects, contractors and owners.
Delivering presentation of the company products at the customer office or construction site. (Providing updated and adequate project to Director)
Ensuring all Projects information is updated in team (Director, project team, technical team)
Negotiate with customers on prices, contract terms, support the customer during contract signing
Producing Project Management report including key below statistics:
- New projects identified (current year, next year)
- Number of appointment have completed with customer
- Opportunity generated as the result of appointments

Ages: 22-35
Minimum two-year related experience in a business development construction, industrial and commercial field
Good presentation and communication both in English and Vietnamese
Proactive attitude, business mindset, passion for sales/ business development
Self-directed, good problem-solving and team-working
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Salary: 9.000.000 - 15.000.000đ
Work location: 949 Tran Hung Dao Street, Ward 1, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours: 7:30am – 5:00 pm (lunch time 11:30am – 13:00pm), from Monday to Friday (Saturday works ½ day)
