Business Development Export (Open for Fresher)

Account management

• Connect with customers through email writing and direct communication via other digital platforms
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients

Project coordination

• Coordinate with specialized departments to prepare quotations and product samples (if applicable) according to client requirements. 

• Communicate and clarify project documentation and requirements with clients. 

• Follow up and engage with clients regarding submitted quotations until final contract closure or bidding results. 

Customer research

• Identify, analyze, and process information regarding potential customers and projects in target export markets.

Customer care/sales activities

• Arrange online/in-person meetings to introduce the company to potential partners
• Arrange schedules for visitors touring the factory

Others

• Prepare a weekly sales report and market insight to the Preconstruction Manager.

• Market and Competitor analysis (basic)

• University degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics or related fields.
• Experienced in working with project clients and B2B businesses.
• Good interpersonal skills: Communication, teamwork, Problem analysis and solving and Commercial awareness
• Sales prospecting skills: identify, research and target to potential clients.
• Fluent in English (min 6.5 IELTS equivalent)
• Basic proficiency in French
• Growth mindset, sense of responsibility, honesty, respect for customers.
