At UrBox, we help enterprises create meaningful customer experiences through innovative digital reward solutions. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by developing new client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and expanding strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve or exceed annual sales targets within assigned markets.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients and business partners.
  • Identify target customer segments and explore new market opportunities to expand the company's business portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Manage sales operations, including sales processes, contract negotiations, quotations, invoices, business documentation, and revenue reporting to support sustainable business growth.
  • Deliver compelling business proposals and solution presentations tailored to clients' business objectives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Business Development.
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in one or more of the following industries:
    • Loyalty Solutions: Experience with digital product management, system integration, and working with clients in banking, insurance, airlines, or e-wallets.
    • Gift Cards & Employee Benefits: Experience in HR solutions, business consulting, SaaS, or traditional corporate gifting companies.
    • Premium Services: Experience serving high-value customers in industries such as banking, aviation, insurance, or luxury services.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior, decision-making processes, and business drivers.
  • Ability to identify and present meaningful business metrics relevant to different industries.
  • Experience managing stakeholders within large organizations with complex decision-making structures.
  • Strong proposal writing, solution design, and presentation capabilities.
  • Proactive, confident in challenging clients when appropriate, and comfortable leading value-based negotiations that create win-win outcomes.
