Entrench Toyota Financial Services as the Toyota Dealers' first choice for financial and related services through quick, effective, and accurate documenting of applications and loan contracts.
Attain complete customer satisfaction in the finance sales process.
Attain acquisition and retention goals for finance volume, finance terms.
Ensure thorough completion and collection/provision of credit application, supporting documentation, security, and legal documentation such as loan contract, pledge, guarantees, initial and original true copies of vehicle registration papers for credit decision and administration.
Provide transparent and regular reporting on status, timelines, success, and failures on all sales activities in the assigned dealership.
Ensure all legal documentation is accurately complete, valid, and safely received at TFS.
Support Credit investigation (if needed)
To undertake other tasks as and when assigned by Head of Group/Head of Dept.

University Degree
Preferred qualification in finance, banking, business administration
Preferred experience in banking, financial service industries.
Effective oral communicator and influencer.
Good time management skills.
Dispute resolution experience.
