ABOUT THE ROLE We are actively searching for a seasoned Business Development Executive with a robust network in the tourism industry and a track record of enhancing company growth through boosted sales and customer acquisition, with a specific focus on Coffee Experiences.
OFFICE LOCATION and WORKING TIME Lacàph Space Sài Gòn (head office): 220 Nguyễn Công Trứ, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, with occasionally weekend work when required
DUTIES
Focus on acquiring travel agencies, establishing robust connections to expand our client base;
Manage the overall health of the assigned portfolio;
Conduct market research to stay competitive and updated on industry trends;
Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to sealing the deal, including price negotiations to meet volume and profit goals;
Collaborate with various departments, especially marketing, to effectively promote and position our products;
Implement tracking tools and market performance, ensuring KPIs and targets are met;
Share pertinent data, information, and presentations with both internal and external stakeholders to optimize communication and feedback;
Coordinate with senior management to align with the strategic vision and planning for the team;
Occasionally go the extra mile to accomplish tasks successfully;
Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business and/or hospitality management or related fields;
Knowledge and a passion for coffee or have a strong interest in learning all about coffee;
Good connections with tourism companies;
Self-motivated;
Problem-solving skills;
Good communication, coordination skills, able to establish good relationships with customers;
Ability to work under pressure;
Communicate Vietnamese and English fluently;
Submit CV in English.
