JOB SUMMARY

Business Optimisation Manager to support hospital business planning and operational optimisation across the Group. This is a cross-functional role working closely with hospitals and functional teams to improve patient journeys, operational workflows, functional planning, renovation design and post-renovation performance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Journey & Operational Standardisation

• Standardise and optimise patient journeys and operational workflows across hospitals.
• Improve patient flows and service touchpoints to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Work with hospitals and functional teams to implement One Hoan My operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement based on operational feedback.

Functional Planning

• Partner with hospitals to develop business and service development plans.
• Analyse service demand, patient flow and operational requirements.
• Translate business plans into functional requirements for renovation and development projects.

Renovation Optimisation

• Review layouts, concepts and renderings from an operational perspective.
• Ensure designs support patient flow, staff workflow, efficiency and future scalability.
• Identify operational risks and recommend improvements before construction.
• Collaborate with architects, project teams and hospitals throughout the design process.

Post-Renovation Optimisation

• Monitor operational performance following renovations or new service implementation.
• Analyse patient volumes, utilisation, patient flow and operational KPIs.
• Identify opportunities and recommend practical operational improvements.

Performance & Data Analysis

• Work closely with the Data Analytics team to track outcomes, analyse information and provide data-driven recommendations.

• University degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations and/or process optimisation.
• Strong understanding of hospital/clinic workflows and patient flow management.
• Basic knowledge of biomedical/facility management, customer service and finance/P&L management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
