1. KPI Target Planning:
• Collaborate with management to define and set key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze KPI performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
2. Incentive Scheme Development and Evaluation:
• Design and implement incentive schemes that motivate and reward employees while driving business goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
3. Revenue Forecasting:
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support short-term and long-term planning.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to provide accurate revenue projections.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration and Data Requirements:
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and business objectives.
• Advise stakeholders on how to use data effectively to optimize operations and drive strategic initiatives.
5. Reporting and Visualization:
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track business performance metrics.
• Develop visualizations to present data insights clearly and compellingly to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a business analysis or similar role, with a focus on KPI management, incentive schemes, and revenue forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
