Product Selection Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for product portfolio, brand and seller partnerships, ensuring alignment with Melive’s objectives.
Brand Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, acquire, and onboard new brands and sellers, setting the foundation for successful partnerships.
Contract Management: Negotiate and manage commercial terms and contracts with commercial partners and supply chain partners, ensuring favorable terms for Melive.
Commercial and Category Performance: Oversee and drive monthly and quarterly GMV/Revenue targets, as well as growth in each product category.
Training: Provide essential brand/product training to internal teams, enhancing their ability to market and sell effectively.
Product Innovation: Lead and facilitate the development of appealing, and potential for high-volume products, through either new product sourcing or creative combination.
Engagement and Retention: Foster strong relationships with brands and sellers, implementing strategies to retain and grow these partnerships.
7+ years working experience; with 4+ years of experience in merchandising, category management, product portfolio management, ideally within the ecommerce and/or retail.
Proven track records in merchandising, category management within e-commerce or retail.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a track record of achieving commercial targets.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities, with experience in contract management.
Ability to lead and inspire a team, driving performance and innovation.
Good experience in campaign management and driving brand/seller performance through sales campaigns.
Proactive problem-solving approach, anticipating potential challenges and devising effective solutions.
Innovative and adaptive, with a keen eye for emerging trends in social commerce and digital marketing.
A strong plus if you are used to or have been managing a monthly turn-over target of 20 billions VND or above.
