      Mô tả Công việc

      • Develop and execute merchandising strategies for the NON-FOOD category
      • Manage product assortment, category planning, and SKU selection
      • Source and negotiate with local and international NON-FOOD suppliers
      • Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and quality standards
      • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
      • Oversee pricing strategies and promotional planning
      • Analyze sales performance, margins, and inventory turnover
      • Work closely with procurement, operations, and marketing teams
      • Manage stock levels, minimize wastage, and ensure proper inventory control
      • Lead and develop the merchandising team

      Yêu Cầu Công Việc

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or related field
      • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a merchandising manager, with strong exposure to food/non-food/FMCG category in retail, supermarket
      • Background in handling perishable and non-perishable food products
      • Exposure to private label / housebrand food development
      • Solid understanding of Vietnam’s retail market and consumer trends
      • Experience in sourcing and managing suppliers
      • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements
      • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
      • Good leadership and communication skills
      • Proficiency in Excel and merchandising systems
      • Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
      • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
