You will contribute & make an impact through
Spearhead Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for new and existing NhaTot products, prioritizing sales growth while ensuring seamless delivery of their value proposition to users.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, launch, and manage impactful campaigns and promotions for NhaTot's key products. This includes estimating campaign impact, defining relevant metrics, managing communication channels, and measuring campaign success.
In charge of Product marketing optimization campaigns, including (but not limited to) growth hacking strategy (conversion rate optimization, increase the use cases, increase frequency/ intensity of product use,...).
Own the development and implementation of product features that trigger user purchasing behavior, such as point-of-sale optimization and targeted top-up actions.
Work closely with the internal teams to ensure seamless product planning, technical implementation, and effective user communication.
Produce insightful dashboard given by data sources, monitor and report all metrics important.
Other ad-hoc duties & as assigned.

Experience with developing and executing GTM plans: Look for someone who has a proven track record of creating and implementing successful GTM plans for new products or services.
Proven track record of managing sales funnel and exceeding sales target.
Understanding of marketing fundamentals: This includes knowledge of marketing channels, customer segmentation, and marketing metrics.
Critical, reasoning and logical thinking is a must.
