[CBTL] Supply Chain Executive

Key Accountabilities

1. Purchasing and Payment Management:

- Place orders to ensure timely and sufficient supply (daily, monthly).

- Follow up on orders and resolve any issues with suppliers and stores to ensure smooth delivery.

- Process supplier payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies.

2. Inventory & Logistics Management

- Coordinate stock transfers from central warehouse (DC) to stores, ensuring optimal inventory levels.

- Work with the warehouse team to resolve inbound and outbound issues.

- Monitor stock levels, track expiration dates, and ensure proper inventory control.

3. Data & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data in the system.

- Manage and organize procurement documents for tracking and compliance.

- Prepare and analyze inventory and purchasing reports as required.

- Maintain data accuracy and support to drive process improvements.

4. Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation

- Source and evaluate new suppliers, collecting quotations as assigned by the manager.

- Collaborate with cross functions for procurement requests needed

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations.

- Strong procurement, supplier management, and inventory control skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); ERP experience is a plus.a

- Basic English proficiency.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask under pressure.

- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

- Works well independently and in a team.
