Act as an interpreter in meetings, workshops, or working sessions with partners and clients who speak Chinese.
Serve as a linguistic bridge, facilitating communication between all relevant stakeholders domestically and internationally, ensuring that information is conveyed accurately and effectively.
Translate documents, contracts, reports, and related materials between Chinese and Vietnamese.
Draft administrative documents and other materials related to contract signing and execution (in Chinese).
Manage, organize, and monitor all files/documents of the Project Management Group (administrative documents, design consultancy contracts, construction contracts, bidding contracts, etc.) for each project.
Collaborate with the project team to monitor progress and ensure activities are carried out on schedule.
Arrange periodic or ad-hoc meetings as required by work needs and consolidate work reports.
Track and report on budgets and expenditures.
Prepare payment requests, monitor payments, and finalize construction project documentation while handling any arising issues with suppliers related to project components.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chinese language or related fields.
Language Skills:HSK5 or above in Chinese(proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and fluency in Vietnamese. Candidates with additional English proficiency are preferred.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in interpretation, particularly in project assistance or project management.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, task management, and time management abilities.
Personality: Detail-oriented, meticulous, and responsible in work.
