Mô tả Công việc

• Lead and manage the sugarcane cultivation project, ensuring efficient and sustainable farming practices.
• Oversee the operations of the sugar factory, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Vietnamese government and local stakeholders to implement cutting-edge agricultural technologies.
• Develop and execute strategies for improving sugarcane yield and quality, reducing production costs, and enhancing overall efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the farming and factory operations teams.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to manage the importation of raw sugar in the early stages of the project.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management.
• Conduct comprehensive industry research to stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in sugarcane farming and sugar production.
• Analyze market data and industry reports to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts, research institutions, and technology providers to leverage new insights and innovations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Food Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7-10 years of experience in sugarcane farming and sugar factory operations.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale agricultural projects and factory operations.
• In-depth knowledge of agricultural technologies, sugarcane cultivation practices, and sugar manufacturing processes.
• Strong industry research skills, with the ability to analyze and apply research findings to improve operations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with Vietnamese agricultural regulations and policies is a plus.
