CHUYÊN VIÊN SOURCING - HOUSEHOLD EXPORT

Supplier Development & Management:

• Source and develop new suppliers and manufacturers throughout Vietnam.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, production capacity, quality systems, compliance and competitiveness.
• Conduct factory visits and supplier assessments when required.
• Build and maintain a reliable supplier database.

Costing & Quotation:

• Work with suppliers to obtain quotations and costing information.
• Analyze pricing structures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead times and commercial terms.

Product Development:

• Coordinate product development and sampling activities.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure samples meet customer requirements.
• Follow up artwork, packaging, material specifications and product improvements.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, QA/QC teams and logistics partners.
• Monitor project timelines from RFQ through shipment.
• Support problem-solving and risk management during development and production stages.

Market Research:

• Research industry trends, new materials, innovative products and manufacturing capabilities.
• Continuously identify new sourcing opportunities to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sourcing, Merchandising, Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Experience working with household, home décor, giftware, packaging or consumer product manufacturers.
• Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for factory visits when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing network of household product manufacturers in Vietnam.
• Experience working with US or European customers.
• Knowledge of social compliance and export requirements (BSCI, Sedex, FSC, FDA, CPSIA, etc.).
• Experience in buying office, trading company or sourcing agency environment is highly preferred.
