• Quản lý phân bổ tái bảo hiểm theo treaty và hỗ trợ thu xếp tái bảo hiểm facultative khi cần.

Manage treaty allocation and support facultative reinsurance placement when required.

• Thực hiện nghiệp vụ nhận tái bảo hiểm (inward reinsurance), bao gồm xử lý chứng từ và đối trừ công nợ.

Administer inward reinsurance business, including processing reinsurance documents and offset settlements.

• Hỗ trợ phòng Underwriting trong việc áp dụng điều khoản treaty và theo dõi hạn mức (capacity) tái bảo hiểm.

Support Underwriting teams in applying treaty terms and monitoring reinsurance capacity.

• Lập debit note / credit note đối với tái bảo hiểm facultative.

Prepare debit notes / credit notes for facultative reinsurance.

• Theo dõi thông báo tái tục (renewal notice) và trao đổi với các nhà tái bảo hiểm.

Monitor renewal notices and maintain correspondence with reinsurers.

• Duy trì sổ đăng ký tái bảo hiểm (reinsurance register), dữ liệu treaty và hồ sơ liên quan.

Maintain reinsurance registers, treaty data and related documentation.

• Chuẩn bị các báo cáo premium, loss, risk accumulation, treaty statistics và các báo cáo theo yêu cầu.

Prepare premium, loss, risk accumulation, treaty statistics and other required reports.

• Phối hợp với các phòng Underwriting, Claims và Finance để đảm bảo tính chính xác của dữ liệu.
Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy.

• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

Perform other duties as assigned by management. 

· Tốt nghiệp cử nhân các ngành Kinh tế, Ngân hàng, Thống kê, Tài chính, Luật; ưu tiên có chứng chỉ bảo hiểm

At least a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking, Statistics, Finance, or Law; Insurance certificate is preferred.

· Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 5 năm về tái bảo hiểm và có kinh nghiệm về Treaty

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in reinsurance, with practical experience in Treaty.

· Kỹ năng (Trình độ Trung cấp): tiếng Anh

Skills (Intermediate level): English

· Kỹ năng Excel và phân tích dữ liệu tốt

Good Excel and analytical skills

· Chủ động, có trách nhiệm, làm việc nhóm & chịu áp lực công việc
