CNC PRODUCTION LEADER

JOB PURPOSE

• Ensure mold quality throughout the entire processing process.
• Contribute to process improvements in the CNC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and monitor the progress of mold quality in production. Ensure machine performance.
• Have experience using many different CNC machine lines (Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens...).
• Ensure CNC machine parameters are set correctly according to technical documents. (Cutters, fixtures, machines...).
• Measure basic parameters to ensure the mold is processed correctly before removing the mold.
• Understand CNC code and processing process.
• Work with CNC engineers to resolve related issues.
• Work with relevant departments to repair and complete molds.
• Comply with labor safety regulations and 5S procedures in the work area.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and efficiency of technicians and workers.

• Graduation from college level or higher.
• English basic for reading and writing skill.
• At least 5 years of experience operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines in the mold company.
• Ability to train and instruct new employees to operate the machine.
• Experience in managing technicians - workers in groups of 15 members or more.
• Ability to handle problems arising in the work.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, gloss meter etc.).
• Can use the MS office.
