Commercial Coordinator

• Collecting the necessary data, verifying the correctness of the information, testing the data for accuracy and undertaking analysis using sophisticated business management and database tools to develop complex business solutions.
• Collecting and analyzing current operation data/ supporting for renewal contract data review.
• Collaborating with functional teams to collect the quotations/ information for new tenders and planning timeline to make sure tender’s deadline on time.
• Prepare transportation and warehouse cost models/ pricing tools and present to internal stakeholders to get approval.
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients
• Supporting the commercial manager and BD General Manager for daily tasks as assigned.
• Maintain relationships with clients through professional communication and service.

•           Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

•          1–3 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, logistics, or business coordination role (internship experience may be considered for entry-level candidates).

•          Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

•          Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is an advantage.

•          Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

•          Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

•          Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused mindset.

•          Knowledge of and willingness to learn Solution Design is an advantage
