1. Consumer Engagement, Research & Technical Insights
- Recruit & manage Consumers-in-Love (CiL) database for real-time consumer feedback.
- Conduct in-field research & product testing sessions to capture sensory, technical, and consumer insights.
- Identify consumer and technical trends, unlocking insights that drive Masan R&D programs.
- Benchmark product performance vs. competition and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and lead Technical Habits & Attitude (H&A) studies to translate findings into actionable technical product opportunities.
2. Innovation Project & Product Development
- Work with R&D and manufacturing to optimize product formulations and packaging.
- Design, coordinate, and execute Consumer Technical Insight (CTI) work within product development, including technical test plans, cost evaluation, and timing management.
- Ensure alignment of sensory, functionality, and packaging with consumer and business expectations."
3. Market & Competitive Analysis
- Identify trends, white spaces & technology impact for new product and packaging opportunities.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking & market research to guide portfolio management.
- Collaborate with Brand to define target audiences and refine positioning strategies.
