COMMUNICATIONS: (a) Public Communications; (b) Internal Communications; (c) Owned Media Communications

• Implement internal communication initiatives as directed
  Propose ideas to improve communication efficiency
  Manage communication channels: Print Newsletter, E-Newsletter, Digital & Social Media
  Develop and edit internal communication materials (executive messages, announcements)
  Handle E-Newsletters, social media posts, and video content for AEON Group & AEON Vietnam

RELATIONS: (a) Media Relations; (b) Talent Relations: Employees & Potential Candidates:

• Implement employee engagement initiatives
  Organize employer branding activities (seminars, workshops, career fairs)
  Manage employer recognition programs
  Conduct market research & talent insight surveys

Public Communications for Employer Branding:

• Promote AEON Vietnam's Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  Support HR - Talent Acquisition in recruitment marketing & candidate attraction campaigns

Brand Identity & Asset Management: Strengthen AEON’s brand recognition among talents by developing and managing branding assets across corporate and employer branding.

• Read: Corporate Profile, Employer Brochure
• Watch: Corporate & Employer Videos
• Events: POSM, Gifts, Presentations

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.University degrees in 1 of following study fields: Communications, Marketing, Multi-Media, Business Administration, etc.

2.1 years of experiences in 1 of following fields: Communications, Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, MKT, etc.

3.Experienced in Internal Communications (or) Employer Brand field is not required, but a plus point

4.Customer-oriented Mindset

5.Strong Research, Information Filtering & Data- Analysis

6.Digital Literacy: Social Media, Canva, etc.

7.Fluent in English (spoken & written)
