Draft, review, and finalize the Company’s legal documents, including official letters, contracts, agreements, powers of attorney, and corporate legal dossiers (company incorporation, amendments to business registration, shareholders, business lines, etc.).
Review and assess legal risks in contracts and transactions with partners to ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect the Company’s legal rights and interests.
Research, update, and consolidate legal regulations related to the Company’s operations (energy, commerce, investment, corporate law, etc.); provide legal opinions and advice when required.
Manage, organize, and maintain legal records and documents in a systematic manner; coordinate with internal departments to handle legal matters arising from business operations.
Support the handling of disputes, debt recovery, and complaints with partners, suppliers, and customers in coordination with relevant departments.
Participate in preparing legal documentation for projects; support contract negotiations and work with government authorities during licensing and approval processes.
Perform other legal duties as assigned by direct supervisors or the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law (Business Law, Commercial Law, Investment Law, or related majors).
At least 02–03 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, legal consulting, or law firms.
Solid knowledge of Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Investment Law, and other relevant legal regulations.
Practical experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650+; capable of drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents in English.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible; able to work independently as well as effectively in a team.
