Cost analyst (Finance Business Partner Specialist)

1. Operational level

• Gather and analyze financial data: general financial data, Profit and loss;
• Prepare monthly WH and Logistic and Operation performance report.
• Control the budget of SC and Operations.
• Monitor the inventory efficiency (turnover, level and value) with SC and other owners.
• Give ideas on expenses related purchasing raw materials and supply chain, including economic analysis and operation procedures.
• Perform cost and benefit analysis that support management’s decision making (e.g. investments, market growth, pricing changes).
• Stay up to date on project budgets and project spending related to Supply chain and Operations.

2. Digital transformation

• Develop dashboards of key finance performance indicators.
• Develop big data to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
• Lead the project of developing monthly, weekly financial report on BI.

3. Financial Information to be analyzed and maximized
• Expenses relate to purchased raw materials
• Logistic and Warehouse expenses
• Operation expenses
• Efficiency of Inventory (ratios of Inventory including Inventory turnover days, Aging…)

4. Strategic level:
• Rolling monthly Profit and Loss Forecast;
• Analyze investment opportunities (if any).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

•    Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or a related subject
•    Having +3yrs general knowledge and understanding of the operations in any industry.
•    Cost controlling
•    Cost plus pricing model
•    ERP is a must, preferably SAP Hana
•    Advanced in Excel (Power query, power pivot, power BI)
