1. Responsible for logistics for Bekaert Vietnam, an EPE, located in Quang Ngai province:
o Import: manage and control import of equipment and production machineries during plant construction phase, and raw material, spare parts, consumables during production phase.
o Export: manage and control finished products export process.
2. Manage procedures & documentations on import license of equipment, machineries and production raw material, spare parts and consumables as to Vietnam provision & regulations.
3. Manage custom clearance and logistic activities with logistic vendors
4. Stay updated on custom regulations & practices
'• Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in logistics roles.
• Hands-on and in-depth experience with EPE (export processing enterprise) companies is a must.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good understanding of local import and export processes and regulations.
• Strong experience in dealings with 3rd party logistic companies
• Professional working style with high degree of integrity, open communication
• Proactive, dynamic, results oriented and fast learner, able to work individually and/or in a team and can handle high pressure.
• Work location base in VSIP Quang Ngai (local candidate is preferred)
