Customer Operation Executive (7 month contract)

This role reports directly to Contract & Distributor Operations Supervisor, will be responsible for supporting & managing all activities between Distributors, Retailers (POC) & Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Contract Management:

Contract Signing: Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including tracking deadlines, managing renewals, and maintaining organized records and databases.

• Follow all the signing of Contract/Annex as company process.
• Ensure all the contracts are delivered On Time In Full & comply with company policies & procedures.
• Store all contracts/annex related in system.

Contract payment: Ensure all payment adhere to the company policies and industry regulations.

• Routinely contract performance and execution tracking
• Coordinate with RGM to finalize payment list for POC based on signed Contract & Annex.
• Work with Sales Team to collect document & get approval as DAG.
• Follow up with Distributor to ensure POC payment On Time in Full.
• Collect evidence & inform to RGM for reimbursement process.

II. Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor contract performance, prepare detailed report, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Master data contract signed/nearly expired to support Sales Team planning.
• Payment tracking to ensure 100% POC payment on time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University/Bachelor ’s degree, preferably in in business administration
• Experience working with Distribution in the FMCG is an added advantage, minimum 1 years of work experience.
• Strong data & analytical skills & track record of delivery
• Good understanding of the underlying key sales metrics in FMCG
• Good Communication Skill
• Microsoft Office proficiency
