To manager and commercial team
- Prepare weekly order intake/shipment/OTD/stock reports/meeting agenda to have meeting with Commercial team & Operation team every Tuesday.
- Update order book & Sale forecast.
- Support Manager to keep improving the internal process, creating better & more efficient ways to work with internal & external customers.
- Be a key person who is CS representative to join Digital Transformation project.
- Other tasks assigned by Managers & commercial Team.
To customers
- Act as the single point of contact on order management.
- Communicate with customers for Sales Orders. Share with S&OP team to book factory capacity.
- Work with Purchasing team to order special materials in advance to shorten lead time as required.
- Cooperate with all related departments to manage customer’s orders shipping on time.
- Cooperate with PD team for sample development, preparing quotation for commercial team reviewing and sending to client.
- Work with Compliance and QA team on all the testing needs and quality standard of products.
- Provide quick & effective service to satisfy customers.
- Plan & manage customer visits. Accompany customers during the tour when required.
Management
- Direct & train team members about MRP/RSC system, customer’s system, processes, and workflows.
- Supervise & instruct team members to update systems/loading & booking plan correctly.
- Support team to communicate with customers & internal departments where necessary.
- Keep maintain to lead KACS team & get more involved to RHCS team to support when necessary.
- Set objectives, review, and appraise KPI for team members annually.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fluency in English (both spoken & written)
- Experience in Furniture business, customer service is preferable.
- Hard working,willing to learn and high responsibility.
- More than 4 years’ experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of furniture industry, MRP/ERP & RSC system, sale order process.
- Understanding of management skill
- Investigate, analyze, evaluate, and resolve complex customer service problems.
