• Maintain strong customer relationships, respond promptly to customers' daily requests, and ensure effective communication to improve customer retention and minimize customer churn.
• Handle customer complaints and operational incidents in a timely manner, coordinate with the Operations team and service providers, and follow up on issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Conduct customer training on system operations, assist customers in maintaining system information, including product information management and daily order processing, and resolve system-related issues promptly.
• Support the Finance team in issuing tax invoices to customers and assist the Sales team in monitoring accounts receivable collections to ensure collection targets are achieved.
• Identify new business opportunities and additional customer needs from existing accounts, and support the Sales team in expanding service offerings and generating further business growth.

- Minimum 4 years of experiences in customer service or documentation in logistics services

-  Candidates with good knowledges about customs clearance are preffered

- Priority is given to candidates who have experiences & knowledges about bonded warehouses

- Good English (spoken & written)
