CUSTOMS AFFAIRS BROKER

- To operate export and import shipments  (express or general cargo)

- Work with forwarders and service companies on booking procedures, transportation, customs clearance of import and export declarations...

- Coordinate and support other departments in issues related to import and export of goods

- Declare electronic customs on ECUS VNACCS customs software for all types.

- Resolve conflicts and problems that arise related to  export goods and products during transportation.

- Collaborate with relevant departments such as CS, SS, sales, FIN, OPS to resolve any issues related to export/import procedures quickly and smoothly.

- Checking and quoting the cost,  related to clearance services

- Supporting and advising customers on the service process

- Reporting and making plans to managers.

- Receiving and resolving complaints from customers and related departments.

- Other tasks related to import and export of goods as required by managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Graduated from business universities or have good background of logistics field

-  Experience handle express/general cargo.

-  At least 2-3 years experience

-  Good communication (Know Chinese or English Good communication)

- Good ability to organize, analyze work, and solve problems.

-  Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situation; ability to work under high pressure.

- Honest, hardworking, honest, highly responsible at work
