Data & Reporting Analyst

The Data & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting operational data to support decision-making. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, provide actionable insights, and improve reporting efficiency.

• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management and stakeholders
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking tools (Excel / Power BI / other tools)
• Support Operation Head in data interpretation and reporting requirements
• Improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and automation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operation, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to align data reporting
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with company standards
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by line manager

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar role
• Fresh candidates with strong data skills can be considered

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel (advanced), Power BI/Tableau is preferred
• Basic knowledge of SQL / data management is a plus
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Language

• Good English communication (written & verbal) (Report directly to Expat Manager)
