Demand Forecasting

• Partner with the Commercial team (including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Service-Sales Operations, and Sales) and Finance teams to generate precise demand forecasts for assigned categories.
• Leverage historical data, market trends, and sales insights to predict customer demand accurately.

Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory levels to ensure alignment with forecasted demand while avoiding excess stock and minimizing the risk of shortages.
• Implement strategies to balance inventory turnover rates and optimize stock levels.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Forecast Accuracy (FA), Forecast Bias (FB), Out-of-Stock (OOS) incidents, (SLOB), and Days of Inventory (DOI).
• Assess the effectiveness of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.

Planning

• Conduct comprehensive scenario analyses to evaluate various supply chain scenarios.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to address and adapt to evolving market conditions and unexpected disruptions.
• Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or a demonstrated passion for supply chain management.
• Experience: Minimum of 03-4 years of progressive experience in Demand Planning/Supply Planning/Inventory Control Senior level
• Supply Chain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and overall supply chain processes.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English (Prefer)
