1. Commercial Management:
- Develops and maintains relationships with current Customers/Agent/Partners.
- Develop Export-Import Volume, New Agent and New tradelanes.
- Establish strong relationship with Vendor, Consolidators, Co-loader, Agent, Carrier,…
- Review services provided by vendors, take necessary action to ensure reliability services.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company Target and objectives.
- Share market information by close communication with partners, industry market and platforms to share insights on market development.
- Recruits and build up Development Team/Sales Team
- In charge of PNL and Profitability Growth
2. People management and Leaderships:
- Responsible for processing, training, coaching and motivating the team members, management
- Facilitates knowledge sharing and collaboration team members.
- Build and follow KPI/Target, monitoring employee performance.
- Build and develop internal processes.
- Monitor the activities of departments, accelerate the progress, quality and working capacity of all employees.
- Consulting and building an effective human resource team to ensure the overall operation of the Company.
3. Operation process management:
- Experienced handle and processing of sea/air/consolidation export-import cargo movements.
- Ensure excellence service, solutions and process improvement to overall customers satisfaction.
- Supervise the short-term and long-term strategies and plans of the Sales department to ensure the company's revenue targets.
- Monitor the operation of office support departments, such as: Operation, Pricing, Finance, HR
- Analyst and Do report to Direct Manager/Head Office daily, monthly, quarterly, annually.
- Other related jobs under the assignment of General Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in freight forwarding or related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management or any related equivalent qualification.
- Preferably with Freight Forwarding procurement (SEA/AIR/LCL/FCL) experience.
- Proactive, organized and resulted orientated with strong commercial mindset
- Excellent communications, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluently in English. Good in other languages is in advantages.

WORKING TIME: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday & from 8:00 am to 11:00 on Saturday.
