· Manage and expand the sales team in the assigned area: HCM and Mekong
· Be responsible for ensuring the Company's monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs targeted
· Analyze and evaluate the business situation and develop sales policies and sales promotion programs
· Develop and implement plans to expand partners and brands in the SLC system nationwide
· Monitor and evaluate competitors' activities to develop effective competitive strategies
· Control the sales team's activities, view and evaluate BUM's reports to make appropriate adjustments and directions
· Coordinate closely with departments to improve products, ensure smooth business operations
· Report periodically weekly, quarterly, and annually to the Head of Sale
· University degree or higher, priority given to majors in business administration, marketing, or related fields
· At least 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry
· Good at English
· Ability to motivate, manage teams and assign tasks to team members.
· Leadership and team management skills
· Strategic planning and market analysis skills
