DevOps Middle Level

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Middle Level) to build and operate the cloud infrastructure powering TripOTA’s core platforms.

• Ensure system scalability, availability, and reliability for high-traffic environments (target 20M requests/day).
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, stable, and automated deployment across environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Production).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to standardize and automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product teams to optimize system performance and deployment processes.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and observability systems to ensure system health and proactive incident management.
• Ensure security best practices, compliance, and data protection across infrastructure and applications.
• Continuously research and adopt modern technologies (Kubernetes, Service Mesh, Observability, AI for DevOps) to improve system efficiency.

1. Qualifications and Knowledge

• Graduated from university in Information Technology or relatQualifications And Knowledgeed fields
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) and deployment models
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiar with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Basic knowledge of networking (Load Balancer, DNS, SSL, VPC…)
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Knowledge of monitoring/logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK…)
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to learn and apply AI tools to enhance productivity

2. Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure roles
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance, Cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Experience working with high-availability systems is a plus
• Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, messaging) is an advantage
• Experience with API Gateway (Kong, Nginx…) is a plus
• Experience in travel tech / OTA / platform-based systems is a strong advantage.

4. Key Responsibilities 

• Infrastructure & Automation

+ Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure or multi-cloud environments

+ Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)

+ Automate provisioning, scaling, and system configuration

• CI/CD & Release Management

+ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines

+ Standardize deployment process across Dev → SIT → UAT → Production

+ Improve release speed while ensuring stability

• Container & Platform Management

+ Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

+ Optimize cluster performance, scaling, and resource usage

+ Support service mesh and platform-level architecture if needed

• Monitoring & Reliability

+ Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

+ Ensure system uptime, availability, and performance

+ Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem

• Security & Compliance

+ Implement security best practices across infrastructure

+ Manage secrets, access control, and system protection

+ Ensure compliance with company and partner requirements

• Collaboration & Optimization

+ Work closely with Dev, QA, and Product teams

+ Support system performance optimization

+ Continuously improve DevOps processes and workflows

• AI-driven DevOps (Preferred)

Apply AI tools to:

+ Automate CI/CD and operational workflows
