Media Planning (10%)
• Develop monthly media plans aligned with budget, KPI targets (Revenue, ROAS), and campaign direction.
• Allocate budget across channels (Meta, Google), funnel stages (Prospecting / Retargeting), and campaign types (Sale / Always-on) – following a split of approximately 20% Branding and 80% Website/Performance objectives.
Campaign Setup – Core Focus (40%)
• Set up and manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Build clear, logical campaign structures organized by funnel stage and sub-collection.
• Ensure accurate tracking implementation: Meta Pixel and GA4.
Optimization – Core Focus (35%)
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily against Revenue, ROAS, and CPA target.
• Adjust budgets proactively: scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming ones.
• Control budget pacing to remain on-plan and protect investment.
• Respond promptly to performance signals to maximize conversion rates.
Reporting & Insights (10%)
• Provide daily performance updates and detailed weekly reports with actionable insights.
• Analyze campaign performance and creative effectiveness; recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Prepare a comprehensive monthly report covering digital marketing performance, key metrics, and optimization opportunities.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence (5%)
• Monitor competitor ad strategies, messaging, and creative approaches across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Proactively explore and test new ad formats, platform features, and emerging tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Share key findings and recommendations with the team to continuously elevate campaign quality and strategy.
Relevant Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce; industry background in fashion/footwear or cosmetics is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of setting up and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROAS results.
• Strong sales-driven mindset with ability to monitor and optimize digital performance in real-time.
Functional Competencies (Technical Skills):
• Proficient in setting up and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Skilled in tracking setup and analysis: Meta Pixel, GA4, UTM tagging.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; ability to read, interpret, and reconcile data across ad platforms, GA4, and internal dashboards.
• Good English proficiency (reading, writing, and communication); able to work with global brand guidelines, international vendors, and English-language platforms and reports.
• Familiar with AI-powered tools and able to apply them in day-to-day marketing tasks (e.g. setup tool, data analysis…); stays updated on emerging AI tools relevant to digital marketing.
