We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for is responsible for helping handle all related OPS Department dispatcher/codinator between oversea/cross department for urgent/important/adhoc requirement. Their duties include performing specialized tasks such as : VN OPS customer complaint follow up, monitor and give the improvement plan. He/she also take responsible for IEMP related task ( escalation/on time reply ticket..etc).
Responsible for the release of early warning information on major anomalies in the region; (emergency dispatch, customer complaints, etc.)
Coordinate, improve and revise various abnormal response plans to improve the ability to handle abnormal events; (typhoon, car breakdown, abnormal event reporting to IEMP)
Execute the dispatching instructions of the large operations command and dispatch center; (related matters related to headquarters dispatching: Beijing regular meetings, etc.)
Monitor, analyze and handle operational links within the scope of management, output abnormal situations to the corresponding management departments, and follow up on improvements;
Coordinate responses to various non-operational exceptions; (holidays, overtime, Adhoc)
Follow up on the expedited work of all outlets in the region, including but not limited to intervention, expedited time, suspected loss verification, etc. (Exceptional item verification - IEMP system)
Lead the response to business peaks and large-scale events within the management scope; (peak response, major events, exhibitions, etc.)
Responsible for the monitoring of all seasonal products, new products and group customer express shipments within the management scope. (New customer monitoring: timeliness and other issues)

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of transportation, warehousing, import and export processes and related regulations.
Proficiency in (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva)
Communication, negotiation and working skills with suppliers and transportation partners.
Ability to analyze data, solve problems and think logically.
Proficiency in Chinese and English (4 skills). Chinese preferred.
Meticulous, patient, with good organizing skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A good team player, with customer-service mindset
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
