A. Main job purpose:

-Perform the issue of original documents and send Shipping docs to Agents

B. Job details:

1.Manage with export shipments

-Contact the booking department to understand the situation of export goods up to Noi Bai via the Export Summary table.

-Contact Customer Service department to ensure the issue of documents and Sales Invoice as required.

-Hand over the label, checklist and Draft HAWB to the Terminal team

2.Declare commodity information

-Declaring cargo information (AMS), transmitting FWB / FHL data to airlines system

-Declaring information of goods as required by each destination: Indonesia, China

3. Other tasked would be discussed further in the interview

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.Graduated from University /College, better in logistics, supply chain or foreign trade or relevant fields

2.Working experience from 3 months to 1 year

3.Teamwork skill and Customer Focus

4.Good communication in English
