Job Description

• Collecting and organizing information from various sources to build reports/dashboards…

• Develop, maintain, and manage reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and other business metrics.

• Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems: increase productivity, reduce workload, and optimize operational processes.. and so on.

• Advise members on findings and the various courses they can take to address the problem.

• Conduct data-driven studies/surveys to make recommendations on operational plans.

• Perform other duties as required by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

• At least 1-year experience in data analysis/business analyst position
• Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets,.. (can use 1 of the Python/AppScript./SQL/…languages is plus)
• Mathematical skills to process complex calculations
• Critical thinking to determine what data and information is useful for the task
