We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical E-commerce Trade Executive to play a crucial role in driving our online sales growth. This position will be instrumental in supporting the development and execution of online promotional strategies, requiring strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping behavior. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the performance of online campaigns, focusing on GMV growth, item sales across categories, and the effectiveness of promotional and Gift With Purchase (GWP) planning.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution: Possess a strong understanding of online shopping trends, consumer behavior, and factors influencing purchasing decisions. Assist in the development and implementation of online promotional campaigns across various e-commerce platforms. This includes contributing to strategy discussions, identifying target audiences, and coordinating with marketing and other relevant teams.
Promotional & GWP Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional activities and Gift With Purchase (GWP) strategies. Analyze the effectiveness of different promotions and GWPs to optimize future offerings.
Category Performance Management: Track and analyze the sales performance of different product categories online. Identify top-performing categories and areas for growth and recommend strategies to improve sales across all categories.
Inventory Management Collaboration: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock levels to support promotional activities and meet customer demand.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of online campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, average order value, and item sales by category. Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to extract actionable insights from data.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis to inform campaign optimization and future promotional planning. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to maximize sales performance and achieve GMV targets.
Platform Management: Assist in managing product listings, pricing, and other relevant aspects of online store operations. Demonstrate knowledge of various e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) and their functionalities.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to differentiate our offerings and gain a competitive edge.
Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of online campaigns.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce or a related field, preferably with a focus on online promotions and sales analysis.
Exceptional Excel skills (essential): Must be proficient in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and best practices and strong Understanding of online shopping behavior and customer journey.

Preferred Qualifications:
