JOB PURPOSE
Develop and expand the Ecocycle Waste Management business by marketing, capturing new contracts, maintaining existing customers, and conducting continuous market analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Expansion & Intelligence:
• Search and collect detailed daily data on industry market status, prospects, competitors, market prices, and portfolios.
• Manage the waste market data and expand the potential customer list based on industry allocation.
• Plan priorities based on waste volume and customer nationalities.
• Identify new project opportunities by studying new investments through media and networks.
• Investigate customer information regarding values, policies, commitments, production, and sales volume to provide input for Market Intelligence.
• Update the database of clients and significant market information.
Direct Marketing & Solution Consulting:
• Set up and facilitate meetings with potential customers.
• Study customer requirements and conduct waste sampling for technical testing and analysis.
• Follow up on testing results and coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive waste management solutions.
• Present solutions to existing and potential customers.
Contracting & Execution:
• Follow the defined selling process, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
• Provide sufficient and accurate information to the Sales Admin for drafting proposals and contracts.
• Assess customer satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and cross-functional teams to execute signed contracts and collect debts.
