1/ Product management:
- Responsible for developing and posting products on the e-commerce platform
- Advanced analysis of product metrics to improve conversion rates
2/ Manage sales campaigns:
- Analyze and understand e-commerce products and competitors to provide a general perspective on sales programs (record daily price, voucher, gift,...)
- Develop sales programs consistent with set goals
- Deploy campaign (operation)
- Evaluate and monitor sales results
3/ Marketing management:
- Analyze and understand marketing tools of e-commerce platform
- Plan product marketing and sales programs
- Monitor and evaluate marketing program results
- Work directly with the Branding and Designer departments to design, build sales programs
4/ Logistics operations management
- Manage inventory and loss to optimize operations and costs
- Handle related issues that arise
- Manage inbound/ outbound plan to optimize warehouse's costs
- Solve inbound/outbound issues
5/ Order tracking and customer service
- Work directly with the CS department to track orders and customer interaction status including: orders, shipping orders, customer messages, product reviews, tracking volume... to increase customer experience
- Solve the CS issues, include: damage, lost, return, service,...
6/ Analyze and evaluate business
- Proficient in Excel and analysis tools, reading and understanding reports to make strategies and choices appropriate to the business situation at each e-commerce platform
7/ Manage invoices and control costs
- Responsible for making acceptance records and cost control for marketing campaigns (monthly)
- Proactively calculate the invoice price and additional costs for each order arising under the Co-voucher program, make acceptance record for each sale campaign.
- Check and explain for cost, compensation, etc. to the accounting department
- Compensation disputes with e-commerce platforms for cases of lost or broken goods to ensure maximum benefits for the company.
- Responsible for making acceptance records and checking monthly gifts by order
8/ Livestream support: manage Livestream Event (Shopee Live, Laz Live, Tiktok Live...)
- At least 3 years of experience in Ecommerce
- Excellent computer proficiency (Google sheet,Excel, Ecommerce Seller Center)
- Good communication, negotiation, time management skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work overtime to ensure implementation of e-commerce sales campaign
- Good at English or Chinese skills
