JOB SUMMARY

Work within the HR Tech & Solutions Unit - HR Department, through HR technology, data analytics, and process improvement assignments. Spend approximately 6-12 months in each assignment to gain experience supporting different HR functions through data, systems, automation, and digital tools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

HR Data Analyst

• Support HR reporting and dashboard development.
• Collect, validate, and analyze HR data from different sources.
• Identify and investigate data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain HR reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with workforce metrics and trend analysis.
• Support data preparation for audits, reviews, and management reporting.
• Assist in maintaining HR data pipelines and reporting processes.
• Work closely with HR teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of data management practices.

HR Systems & Automation

• Support development and maintenance of HR applications and tools.
• Assist in building automation solutions to reduce manual work.
• Gather user requirements and help translate them into system solutions.
• Perform testing and validation before system implementation.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of system issues.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and process flows.
• Participate in enhancement projects for HR systems and applications.
• Support user training and system adoption activities.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies that may improve HR operations.

HR Solutions Associate

• Work with HR teams to understand operational challenges and opportunities for process improvement.
• Participate in projects related to HR systems, analytics, and automation.
• Support implementation of digital solutions across HR functions.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates.
• Prepare project documentation and presentations when required.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving HR and other departments.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and data.
• Share knowledge and provide basic support for HR technology tools.

General Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of HR processes and operations.
• Build technical knowledge in data analytics, reporting, systems, and automation tools.
• Work effectively with HR teams and other support functions.
• Support continuous improvement activities within HR.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by manager.
• Comply with and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Recent college graduate or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Preferred fields of study include Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or related.
• Strong interest in technology, data, and process improvement.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong sense of ownership, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-changing environment.
• Resilient and persistent when solving problems or driving tasks to completion.
