1. Repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment in the factor

• Receive unexpected repair requests from departments;
• Plan and implement repair and recovery procedures;
• Analyze incident causes, propose solutions and report results.

2. Perform preventive maintenance

• Monitor, clean, check, measure condition, calibrate and replace machine parts according to plan;
• Responsible for the operational performance of assigned machinery and equipment;
• Proactively monitor status, recommend spare materials/spare parts to ensure the schedule level of maintenance plan;
• Proactively propose work and schedules for maintenance plans.

3. Monitor the progress of warranty and repair supplies/parts from outside the factory

• Regularly update warranty and repair progress to ensure on schedule;
• Respond to management if there is a delay or related to safety, quantity or quality after warranty or repair.

4. Participate in building data/training documents, SOP (standard operating procedure), other processes

5. Perform renovation and new installation tasks

• Participate in the installation of new machinery and equipment;
• Participate in modifying, improving, and optimizing processes and performance of machinery and equipment.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education: Bachelor's degree, major: Electrical, Automation or related fields;

2. Language: Can read and understand documents in English;

3. Experience: Over 5 years of experience, particularly in the Textile - Dyeing Industry is preferred;

4. Knowledge of equipment and automation processes, electrical switching equipment, electrical control, and electrodynamics, hydraulic system equipment, pneumatic systems, thermal valves, and high pressure pumps, standards and regulations for installation and use of electrical equipment;

5. Skills: Diagnostic and repair, managing a group of over 8 people, presentation and training.
