Key Responsibilities

1. Executive & Administrative Support

- Work directly with the Executives on daily engineering, operational and administrative matters

- Translate and prepare documents in Vietnamese–Chinese or Vietnamese–English

- Prepare schedules, meeting notes, reports, and filing systems

2. Engineering & Factory Coordination

- Act as communication bridge between Australia and the Vietnam factory

- Assist with engineering and production documents:

• Cutting lists
• Bending schedules
• Welding instructions
• QC checklists
• BOM, drawings, updates

• Follow the fabrication workflow and report daily production progress

3. Procurement & Supplier Management

- Assist with sourcing and purchasing:

• Stainless steel materials
• Fittings, consumables, welding materials
• Machine parts

- Coordinate with suppliers and verify specifications

4. On-Site Factory Tasks

- Follow up production on the workshop floor

- Confirm material delivery and check stock

- Communicate with welders, operators, subcontractors

- Report issues immediately to the Australian team

5. SOPs & Process Improvement

- Prepare:

• Checklists
• Production schedules
• Project timelines
• Standardised procedures (SOPs)

- Support workflow optimisation and improvement projects

6. Long-Term Engineering Development

- Participate in equipment installation, process optimisation and engineering tasks

- Receive structured mentorship to grow into future engineering or management

Reports to: Australia HQ

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Fluent Vietnamese (mandatory)

- Fluent Chinese or English (mandatory) – speaking & writing

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

- Understanding of fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding) is an advantage

- Strong organisational skills: checklists, timelines, reporting

- Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable

-  Comfortable working inside factory environment

-  Good communication with engineers, workers, suppliers

-  Proficient in Excel, Word, Email

-  Strong interest in long-term growth in:
