Experienced Staff – Financial Advisory Service

You execute the substantive procedures of a workstream with limited supervision and draft the sections of the report that come out of them.

•    Execute assigned procedures within a workstream with limited supervision, across:

–   Financial & Tax Due Diligence

–   Valuation

–   Purchase Price Allocation (PPA)

–   Post-Merger Integration (PMI)

–   M&A Advisory

•    Draft assigned sections of reports and supporting analyses for review by higher level

•    Prepare and follow up on data requests with the client and target management

•    Identify findings arising from your procedures and articulate their implications to the engagement tea

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Over 2 years of experience in Financial & Tax Due Diligence, or external audit at a consulting firm
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA (or studying towards them) are a strong advantage
- Working knowledge of at least one of: Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Valuation & Financial Modelling, M&A Advisory, or Auditing
- Good command of English (spoken and written); Japanese is a plus
- Strong client communication skills – both written and verbal
- Highly motivated, committed, and proactive with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Open-minded and adaptable to using AI tools in daily work to improve efficiency and productivity
- Diligent working style with strong teamwork and independent working capability
